We offer ON-SITE repairs for CLEANING MACHINES for COMMERCIAL or BUSINESS use.
If you require repairs for a HOME USE/DOMESTIC machine, you need to bring the machine to our store. If you are unable to do this, we can arrange courier pick up for additional cost.
If you are enquiring about parts for a machine, we need to know:
The brand- KARCHER, GERNI etc.
The model- K520, POSIEDON etc.
The description: Pressure washer, sweeper, etc.
In the case of KARCHER items, also the ITEM number, which is a number like: 1.515-333.0. This is located on a silver sticker somewhere on the machine.
If you cannot find this number, you will need to bring the machine to us for identification.
